More control over your tables

Resize columns, hide fields, add calculations

Several improvements that give you more control over how your tables look and what they show.

TL;DR

  • Drag column edges to resize any column on any table page

  • Show or hide columns from the Visible Columns panel

  • Sort and move columns from the column header context menu

  • KPI table now has a calculations row (average, min, max, count per column)

  • KPI toolbar buttons now labeled

What's New

  • Column resizing Drag the right edge of any column header to resize it. Widths persist across sessions. Why it matters: Long names get cut off. Short columns waste space. Now you can set it exactly how you want it.

  • Column header context menu Right-click (or click) any column header to access Sort ascending, Sort descending, Move left, Move right, and Hide from view. Why it matters: You don't need to go into settings to rearrange or hide a column. It's right there.

  • Visible Columns panel Open View Settings on Pipeline or Contacts to get the full column management panel. Drag to reorder, toggle visibility, and see custom fields alongside system columns. Why it matters: Every user can set up the table to show what matters to their workflow and hide the rest.

  • KPI calculations footer Below the existing Total row on the KPI table, you can now add a calculation to any numeric column. Choose from Average, Min, Max, or Count. Selections persist. Why it matters: Average reach-outs over the period, minimum daily calls, count of days you hit your target. All visible without leaving the table.

  • KPI toolbar labels The icon-only buttons at the top of the KPI page now have text labels: Edit, Columns, Targets, Date Range. Why it matters: You no longer have to hover to find out what each button does.

Who This Helps

  • Anyone who wants their tables to show exactly what they need and nothing they don't

  • KPI reviewers who want quick statistical context on their activity data

How to Use It

  1. Drag any column header edge to resize.

  2. Click a column header for Sort, Move, and Hide options.

  3. On Pipeline, click the settings icon for Visible Columns.

  4. On KPIs, hover the row below TOTAL and click + on any column to add a calculation.

Filter overhaul

Filters that actually work the way you think

The filter system has been rebuilt from the ground up.

New floating filter popover, multi-value support, and active filter chips that show exactly what's filtered and let you remove them one by one.

TL;DR

  • New filter popover with searchable attribute list

  • Filter by multiple values on the same field (e.g. 3 pipeline stages at once)

  • Active filter chips in the toolbar show what's active and clear individually

  • Works across Pipeline, Contacts, Tasks, Notes, and Call Recordings

What's New

  • Multi-value filtering Select "is any of" as your condition and pick multiple values. Three pipeline stages, two priorities, four categories. The results show everything that matches any of them. Why it matters: Previously you could only filter by one value per field. If you wanted to see First 10 and Future 30 deals together, you couldn't. Now you can.

  • New floating filter popover The filter panel now floats above the table rather than pushing content down. Two states: attribute picker first, then condition builder. Why it matters: The table stays in place while you build your filter. Less disorienting.

  • Active filter chips Every active filter appears as a connected chip in the toolbar showing the field name, condition, and values. Click X on any chip to remove just that filter. Why it matters: You always know what's filtered and can remove individual filters without starting over.

  • Discard changes When you have unsaved filter state, a Discard link appears next to the chips to clear everything at once.

Who This Helps

  • Operators segmenting their pipeline by multiple stages at a review

  • Teams filtering tasks by multiple categories or statuses at once

How to Use It

  1. Click Filter on any table page.

  2. Search or select an attribute.

  3. Choose a condition. For enumerable fields, select is any of.

  4. Pick one or more values.

  5. Click Apply. The chip appears in the toolbar.

Inline editing

Edit anything, right in the table

You no longer need to open a record to update it.

Click any field directly in the table row and edit it in place. Works across Contacts, Tasks, Notes, Pipeline, and Call Recordings.

TL;DR

  • Click a cell to edit it without opening the record

  • Status, dates, priority, categories, deal value, and more are all editable in-row

  • Escape to cancel, Enter or click away to save

  • All saves are immediate with automatic rollback if something goes wrong

What's New

  • Inline text editing Click Company, Job Title, Phone, Email, or Deal Value directly in the table. A clean input appears in place. Save on Enter or blur. Why it matters: Updating a contact's company or a deal's value used to require opening the full record. Now it's one click.

  • Inline dropdowns for status and priority Click the Status badge in Tasks or Priority in Pipeline and a dropdown opens right there. Select and it saves immediately. Why it matters: Moving tasks through statuses and adjusting deal priority is now as fast as clicking.

  • Inline date pickers Click any date field (Due Date, Do Date, Close Date, Follow-up) to open a date picker anchored to that cell. Why it matters: Rescheduling a task or updating a follow-up date no longer requires drilling into the record.

  • Inline category and tag pickers Click Categories on Tasks or Notes to open a multi-select popover. Add or remove tags without leaving the list. Why it matters: Organizing in bulk is now significantly faster.

Who This Helps

  • Anyone doing a weekly review and updating lots of records at once

  • Teams keeping pipeline stages and task statuses current without disrupting their flow

How to Use It

  1. Open any table (Contacts, Tasks, Notes, or Pipeline list view).

  2. Hover a row. Editable cells show a subtle highlight.

  3. Click the field you want to change.

  4. Edit and press Enter, or click elsewhere to save.
